Now the price of the new generation Honda SP 160 in the Indian market starts from Rs 1,21, 951 and goes up to Rs 1,27,956 ex-showroom Delhi. This price is higher than the price of its old variant.
The price of the single disc variant has been increased by ₹ 3,000, while in the dual disc variant you will see an increase of ₹ 4,605.

2025 Honda SP160 Engine Update
The Honda SP 160 has finally launched in India, and what does this model offer? New beneath the hood is the new engine update, which is one of the requirements from the Government of India: to permit all vehicle manufacturers operating in the Indian market to comply with the OBD2B compliance from the 1st of April, 2024.
OBD2B- On Board Diagnostic, Version 2 requires a full-circuit continuity check of the vehicle and misfire check, particular filter check, and other requirements, while checks of the bike’s emissions are included as well. In addition, more mileage is to be obtained from the engine and there will be minimum pollution as possible
However, due to all these things, no changes have been made in its engine option. It is going to continue to operate with its current engine option.
It has a 162.71 cc single cylinder OBD2B engine, which generates 13.8 Bhp at 7500 rpm and 14.8Nm of torque at 5250 rpm. This engine comes with a five-speed manual transmission.
The top speed of Honda SP 160 is going to be 110 kmph, while its total weight is 139 kg. You are also going to get a mileage of about 50 Kmpl in the bike. SP160 has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.

As a new update, the company has introduced it with some cosmetic changes. As a new update, in the new generation Honda SP 160, you now get to see a more sharp and sporty headlight with a newly designed face in front.

2025 Honda SP160 Hardware Updates
As a hardware update, it is going to be operated with telescopic fork and monoshock suspension setup. For better braking, you are going to get 276mm disc brake at the front and 220mm disc brake at the rear in the bike. It is available in its top variant.
